Data collected

We only collect the data you send us:

through the contact and demo forms: first name, last name, email address, phone (optional), organisation, product concerned, area or number of spaces, message;

Our host also records technical data needed for the site to work and stay secure: IP address, browser type, date and time of the visit.

How we use your data

to answer your requests and arrange a demonstration;
to send you an offer when you ask for one;
to keep the site secure and working properly.

We do not sell or rent your data.

Recipients

Your data is processed by the DARE Automation team. The site and its forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which acts on our behalf. Messages received are stored in our Google Workspace mailbox. [Add Google, provider of Google Analytics, when it is installed.]

Transfers abroad

Netlify, Inc. and Google are based in the United States. They participate in the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the Federal Council as ensuring an adequate level of protection for transfers from Switzerland.

Retention period

Data from contact requests is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then for a maximum of 24 months after our last exchange.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses technical cookies needed for it to work and stay secure. They are not used to track you.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to your data, its correction, deletion or transfer, and object to its processing. Write to us at info@dareautomation.com : we reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to data is restricted to the people who need it to handle your request.
